Our Holiday Policy Overview:
All Employees have total 20 days of Holidays in a calendar year. Which includes the general holiday.
An employee can take the remaining 10 holidays continuously with prior permission from client or he can even split them up and take holidays in random. In any case, he should notify the client at least 1 month in advance about his holiday plans.
The General holidays exclude sick leaves. Employees are eligible for up to 7 days of sick leave in a calendar year.
